Erene Hammond
Vice President of Data Product
Erene Hammond is vice president of data product at OptumLabs with responsibility for successful delivery of the OptumLabs data and technology products used by the OptumLabs research and data science community.
Prior to this role, Hammond served as director of the data product team where she drove development of the OptumLabs Data Warehouse and technology platform, as well as managed the Qualified Entity program.
Before that, she led teams for over 10 years in multiple analytic and technology product delivery roles at Optum® in support of the UnitedHealthcare® and OptumHealth businesses.
Hammond began her career in digital technology consulting, where she worked for companies delivering custom and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions for the insurance, financial services, and consumer retail industries.
Hammond holds a BS with honors in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
